After struggling to find the perfect house in Minneapolis we decided to take a look into new construction. We visited with a variety of builders and ultimately chose Lee Homes. This company offered exactly what we wanted in a home and at the best price
point. We were involved with all phases of the build and any questions/concerns were respectfully addressed. Now, we live in a beautiful home and in a perfect neighborhood. We never could have imagined that as time goes by we could love our home more

After purchasing our lot we thought finding the perfect builder would be the hardest part of making our dream home a reality. After talking to some friends who also built their home with Jerry – we decided to meet with him as well. He
was the first builder we met with and the last! We never would have thought that building a home could have been such a wonderful experience. Jerry was such a joy to work with and was always prompt to answer any questions we had.
He has a crew of subcontractors who do EXCEPTIONAL work and were all super easy to work with! Thanks again to Jerry, Dick, Brandon and everyone else on the Lee Homes crew who made our dream come true!

We put our first home on the market in May, 2008 hoping to build a new home for our growing family. We had a perfect lot picked out but no builder. Our realtor, Dick, suggested we meet with Jerry Carlson from Lee Homes to go over our ideas. We had plans
to meet with other builders, but after meeting Jerry we knew there was no reason to meet with anybody else. We were able to plan and build what we call our "realistic dream home". We closed on our lot in August, 2008 and our home was finished
January, 2009. It was a whirlwind process, but we have absolutely no complaints. Jerry was extremely personable and approachable during the entire process. We felt comfortable contacting him anytime with our questions. Even now, over a year after
our home was finished, Jerry still makes himself available to answer any questions we have. Although we have no plans to move, if we did, we would never consider using anyone else. We absolutely love our home! Brian and Heather
