We put our first home on the market in May, 2008 hoping to build a new home for our growing family. We had a perfect lot picked out but no builder. Our realtor, Dick, suggested we meet with Jerry Carlson from Lee Homes to go over our ideas. We had plans to meet with other builders, but after meeting Jerry we knew there was no reason to meet with anybody else. We were able to plan and build what we call our "realistic dream home". We closed on our lot in August, 2008 and our home was finished January, 2009. It was a whirlwind process, but we have absolutely no complaints. Jerry was extremely personable and approachable during the entire process. We felt comfortable contacting him anytime with our questions. Even now, over a year after our home was finished, Jerry still makes himself available to answer any questions we have. Although we have no plans to move, if we did, we would never consider using anyone else.  We absolutely love our home! Brian and Heather

We had a wonderful experience building with Lee Homes. As first time home buyers we thought that the home building process would be difficult ,but Jerry and Dick were so helpful in making sure that we were able to get everything on our wish list while staying in budget. There were so many decision to make along they way, but they were great in giving us different options and recommendations. Our building project went along in a very timely manner and all of the subcontractors were very professional and willing to work with us. We LOVE our new home!
